يتم توصيل الطلبات داخل المملكة العربية السعودية عادةً خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل.

الشحن الدولي – خارج المملكة العربية السعودية:

يستغرق الشحن الدولي حوالي 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل، ويتم احتساب رسوم شحن قياسية بقيمة 50 ريال سعودي على العميل.

يُرجى ملاحظة أنه قد يتم فرض رسوم جمركية إضافية أو رسوم تخليص من قبل الجهات المختصة في بلد الوجهة. وفي حال رفض العميل دفع هذه الرسوم، سيتم خصم تكلفة إعادة المنتج إلى هاي سمايل (من كولومبيا) من مبلغ الاسترداد. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن رسوم الشحن البالغة 50 ريال سعودي غير قابلة للاسترداد.

International Shipping – Outside Saudi Arabia:

International shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 business days, with standard shipping fees of 50 Saudi Riyals charged to the customer.

Please note that additional customs duties or clearance fees may be imposed by the relevant authorities in the destination country. In case the customer refuses to pay these fees, the cost of returning the product to HiSmile (from Colombia) will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, the 50 Saudi Riyal shipping fee is non-refundable.
